Check your email for the license confirmation (the license is issued to a specific email). In Google Sheets, make sure you’re logged in with that same Google account — click your profile icon in the top-right to confirm which email is currently viewing the sheet. If it still doesn’t match up, email support@gcleaner.io and we’ll help.
You’ll need an active SMRT subscription and the ability to generate an SMRT API token. If you’re not sure how to generate an API token, SMRT support can help you enable and create one for your account.
No. You control the data. We don’t store your SMRT token and we don’t store your pulled report data. The token is stored in your Google Spreadsheet, and the information you pull stays in your Sheets as long as you want — even if you cancel later.
We don’t impose limits. You can pull as often as SMRT allows, and Google Sheets has its own spreadsheet size limits. Typically, pulling a range of data (for example, a few days of orders) counts as one SMRT API pull — so it’s usually inexpensive on the SMRT side.
Google Sheets has a maximum spreadsheet size (total cells), so very large date ranges can hit Sheets limits (rows/cells) depending on how much data you pull. For long histories, we recommend splitting by time window — for example, keeping up to ~90 days per sheet and starting a new sheet for the next period.
It’s an individual license for the person (Google account) who logs in and activates the add-on. That user can run gcleaner.io on unlimited Sheets, but colleagues won’t be able to activate/run the add-on under their own accounts. They will still be able to view the data that was pulled into the spreadsheet.
No — we don’t artificially restrict usage. The only practical constraints are the limits of SMRT’s API and Google Sheets’ spreadsheet size limits.
